Refunds Of Ebooks:
There is absolutely no refunds on any ebook or digital download.
Refunds Of Other Goods And Services:
Cancellation of 5 hr. pre-licensing class. In order for a refund to occur, cancellation be must done according to our cancellation policies.
To cancel the 5 hr. class, you must call 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in you losing the fee you paid to register for the 5 hr. pre-licensing class. There is a 3% processing fee charged on all cancellations.
Valued customer please note that due to the nature of our business, Pass Your Road Test Now has very strict cancellation and refund policies. Please read before doing any business with us. All contracts expire after one year. Please note: cancellations must be done by phone not email as we monitor the phone constantly. Also note that after three (3) years, all documents are shredded and disposed of. So any contract or receipt after three (3) years is not valid.
Processing Fee:
A 3% processing fee will be charged on all refunds.
Cancellation of Driving Lessons
In order to cancel a lesson and have it rebook for another time, you must cancel your lesson 24 hours in advance of said lesson appointment time. Failure to do so will result in you losing that lesson or lessons that you made for that appointed time. If you book a lessons the same day as the appointment, the 24 hour rule still applies.
Cancellation of road test booking.
Once we have booked a road test for you, you can cancel but we cannot refund the road test booking fee.
In order for us to book the road test again, you will have to pay again.
Cancellation of car for road test
To cancel the car for the road test, you must call 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in you losing the fee you paid.
Cancellation due to Covid: If a person cancels due to Covid-19, he/she must produce a valid PCR positive test results from a reputable medical facility and should call us at least one hour or more prior to his/her appointment. We do not accept at home Covid test results. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the appointment. All Covid test must be dated 3 days or less after you cancel your appointment to be accepted by us.
Please note that if you called before the 48 hours you will be refunded the fee you paid for the car minus the road test booking fee.

Placing Orders for Goods

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive
the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the
Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the

Prices Policy

Payments
